Refund policy

At Flowkeys we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return Before sending anything back please contact us first at hello@flowkeys.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty please email us at hello@flowkeys.co.uk with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund.
